Shipping policy

We aim to deliver orders in the UK within 3-5 working days.

We aim to deliver international orders within 10-15 working days. Customs fees & tariffs are the customer's responsibility. Please check your country's tariff rate prior to placing an order. 

The United States has introduced a 15% import tariff on Swiss-made watches, effective immediately. This change includes an additional 10% due to the watches being exported from the UK. All orders shipped from the UK to U.S. customers will now incur this additional duty, charged by U.S. Customs on arrival.
