Condition

This vintage automatic Omega is in excellent condition for its age showing minor wear. It is the first example of this particular reference that we have come across which has retained its complete box and papers making it something of a rarity. the papers include the You and Your Omega booklet which is normally lost. The watch is keeping great time, well within specification

Dial - This model features a stunning sunburst silver dial which is in near perfect condition. It also has baton markers with black inserts.

Case - The case is in very good condition showing the usual light scratches which come with age.  

Crystal - The condition of the crystal is good as it is only showing a few light scratches which are difficult to see with the naked eye.

Strap - Although not original to the watch the strap is of extremely high quality. This gives the piece a very luxurious look and feel.

Back case - The back case is in good condition for its age and is displaying a few scratches as you would expect.

Crown - The crown is original and displays the Omega logo. To change the time the crown will need to be pulled out one click and rotated to move the watch hands clockwise. To change the date simply pull the crown out one more time and the date will flick over. 

Movement - The watch’s 565 automatic movement is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is keeping great time within vintage specification.
