Condition

This vintage 1970s Omega Geneve is in absolutely stunning condition showing very minimal wear throughout the watch. This model features a crisp brushed silver dial which displays a fully functional day-date complication. This is a fully functional watch which has been recently service and is keeping excellent time. Please see pictures as they form part of the description.

Dial - This dial is in mint condition showing no visible signs of wear or damage.

Case - The case is in amazing condition showing very little signs of wear. The sides and front of the case feature high quality brushwork and the bezel has been polished and is showing signs of very light scratching.

Crystal - The Crystal on this piece is in great condition showing usual signs of light scratching. The great thing about acrylic crystal is that you can buff any scratches out of it with polish with ease!

Caseback - The case back is in lovely condition showing some signs of scratching from age.

Strap - This piece features a near brand new and high quality Italian leather strap. Although not original, it is fitted with the original Omega signed buckle that came with the watch!

Movement - Having had a service recently, this Omega’s 1022 automatic movement is fully operational and keeping great time within 5 seconds per day. Cosmetically, the mechanism is in fantastic condition.

Crown - The crown is fully original and is stamped with an Omega logo. It is operated by pulling it out one click to change the date and then two clicks to change the day and time. The day is changed by moving the watch hands backwards.
