Condition

This is a gorgeous vintage Omega Seamaster from the 1940s. The watch is in excellent original condition. Mechanically, the watch is working perfectly and keeping good time within specification. The watch has also had a recent service. 

Dial - The dial is in nice condition and shows little to no marks. 

Case - The case is in lovely condition and is showing some light signs of wear in the form of surface scratches. 

Crown - The crown is a service replacement and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This watch holds its original Omega 283 Manual Wind movement which is in great condition both cosmetically and mechanically. 

Case back - The case back on this piece is In lovely condition.  

Strap - This piece is in a lovely replacement strap which looks great with the watch. 

Crystal - The crystal on this watch is near perfect. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
