Condition

Presented in fantastic condition is this timeless Rolex Oysterdate Precision from the 1970s. This piece features an amazing and original linen dial which displays original and crisp applied text and baton markers. The watch is in spectacular condition and is running perfectly with the movement being in exceptional mechanical order. 

Dial - Mint 

Case - The case is in fantastic condition and shows light signs of use. 

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This piece encases its original 1225 Rolex manual wind movement which again is in perfect working condition. Although not serviced by us, after testing we can see that from the movement’s health and timekeeping ability it is evident that the watch has been serviced recently. To wind the watch the crown is unscrewed and pulled out ever so slightly and rotated clockwise. Please don’t force the winding of the watch. It becomes evident when the watch is fully would as you will feel resistant. Do not try to wind past this point. 

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It shows some signs of wear from use over its decades of life. 

Bracelet - This piece features its original Oyster bracelet which is in fantastic condition and has little sideways flex.
