Condition

This is an absolutely incredible Tudor Prince Oysterdate from 1984. This particular model features a filled 18ct white gold bezel and a stunning linen dial which displays a fully functional date complication. This Tudor also features a Rolex made back case, crown and bracelet which are all Rolex marked which is due to Tudor having been the sister company of Rolex.

This watch is fully authentic, but unfortunately does not come with box and papers as they were lost at some point during its lifetime. The watch will be presented to its buyer with a leather presentation box. 

This piece is in spectacular condition showing minimal signs of wear. Please see pictures, as these form part of the description. 

Dial - The linen dial is in mint original condition with no visual signs of damage or aging, the hands and markers are also in excellent condition.  

Case - The case is in excellent condition showing minimal signs of wear, and is only displaying few light scratches.

Bracelet - The bracelet is made by Rolex and is original to the watch from factory. It features Rolex markings on the inner clasp and a Tudor logo on the outside of the clasp. Condition wise, the bracelet does have some flex in it as shown in the pictures of the watch laying on its side. This is extremely common with this type of bracelet. Other than this, it is in good condition showing light scratches and is in overall amazing shape after 40 years of use!

Movement - The Tudor movement in this watch has been subject to a full service and refurbishment just a week ago and is keeping excellent time. A picture of it on a timegrapher can be viewed in the last photo. The movement is extremely healthy with an amplitude reading of over 300 degrees.

Crown - The crown displays the Rolex logo which points upwards every time it is screwed in. To change the date and time the crown needs to be unscrewed and pulled out to the first setting. Then it is pulled out to the second setting to change the time.

Bezel - The bezel on this model is made from full 18ct white gold which glistens beautifully in the light and is in perfect condition!

Crystal - The Crystal on this watch is in superb condition showing just a few micro scratches. 

Back Case - Finally, the back case is also Rolex marked and is in good condition for its age.
